kid threw rocks at my car

I slammed it in reverse, almost hit the fucker, chased him down and tackled him. it was me and my friend. im about 6-1, 225, and my friend is 6-4 295, so were not little guys. the kid was so scared. he was 15, im 17 and my buddy is 18. we made him get in my car, took his ass back behind my friends house in the woods(he lives in a desolate area), and we put an empty gun at him. cocked it, and let the thing go. he heard that click and literally shit his pants. we then took him to a dirt road away a little bit, and booted his ass out the car, after a severe beating at the house. that little fucker wont be throwing any more shit at cars on the road.

There is no discipline. I go to the zoo, and see a 4 year old throwing rocks at animals, her mother does nothing. I would have gotten the shit beat out of me. Without discipline, there is no responsibility, i weap for the future.

The gun stretches it, but the kid does deserve a beating. I say most kids deserve a beating, they are too cocky, and need to be shown the reality of a fist.

I agree that there is a lack of and needs to be more discipline ^ However, fuckin a man. A fuckin gun? That is not cool, I don't care if it wasn't loaded. You need to look back at what you just told to us and realize, shit. I did all that cause the fucker threw rocks at my car? It better be a fuckin BMW 645Ci. Otherwise, you have issues. Maybe scare or hit em. Everything else was ridiculous, way blown out of proportion, and you seriously have problems if you waisted all that time to do that to that kid.

What's a greater crime in the eyes of the law? Throwing rocks at a car, or threatening to kill someone and then beating them up, and kicking them out of a moving car? That kid could get you all fucked if he went to the police. He probably wouldn't get in much trouble at all. We all fantasize about doing such things to people when we're angry, but most people don't act them out.

I will tell you that my neighbor had some kids drop a huge rock on her car off an overpass. Her face is mostly plastic and pins now, and she has trouble talking. Now those kids would deserve that, or more, in addition to the legal penalties.

the kid throwing rocks could have just as easily killed or injured people too. A few years ago, some kids here killed a lady by throwing a pumpkin off an overpass. It came through her windshield and smashed her guts in. Its all fun and games until you get caught by the wrong dude and get curbies like in american history x.

you and you friend (neither of you would be considered minors) charged with: assault, battery, kidnapping, intent to harm with a deadly weapon(yes still considered that even though it was unloaded).

kids punishment pay for any incurred damages and an apology.
your punishment MANY years in POUND ME IN THE ASS PRISON.

next time think about the consequences of your actions, i hope you do go to jail you dumb ass or even better yet castrated to remove your ass from the gene pool!

Dont get me wrong i would have stopped and put that kid in his place namely by taking him to his parents and having the police meet me there. But to beat up the kid, take him, and point a gun at him no way.
