I think we should close this section of the forum because I'm fed up of everyone asking questions about skis, and getting answers from uneducated guesses...or every post turning into an Armada VS. 4Frnt war. I have plenty of questions about skis, but the truth is I'll never get what I want on this forum...and neither will ANY OF YOU! So, give it up, at least for a while, until this forum gets its dignity back. And the only good answer to any post of the sort is: 'there's a ski out there for everybody, and not everybody should use the same ski, so go out and demo a pair or borrow your friends and find out what you like, cuz no matter how good these NS guys are or how well they know their stuff, only you can judge for yourself what the best ski is for you. there is no such thing as a bad ski(except for Elan Airtwist), just a bad ski for you.'

Please excuse my ranting, but this has got to stop.

Oh, and DON'T even think about the REVIEW section, cuz everything is 4 stars and above.

heres an awesome idea,instead of deleting this whole forum with good deals and lots of input on skis and apparel,how bout just not clicking here

dude why do you care so much I agree w/ five-o don't go to ski equipment, it doesn't really matter if someone does have a question how about a pair of skis even if it's been posted before cuz this is a skiing website and we should help people out the have questions about ski equipment

even so its unrealistic to close an entire forum so you dont have to read ski reviews,remember reading is a voluntary action, as is posting and logging on

why close a whole forum?.....especially the equipment one...i take it you have never sold or bought anything through it?......its been very helpful to me and countless other members....its an easy way to do business....great forum
