How to you make a profile picture on ns

ive seen some sick pictures that move and blink but I'm retarded and don't know how to do it. Can you guys tell me.

I believe he means a GIF. Well the first step is to compile all of the GIF frames together. You will have to create each still fram individually using something like photoshop or paint. Once that is done, you can go to an easy to use site and have them resized and put together in an animation, then if you can get the NS Icon uploader to work you'll be set. if you dont need a gif (moving/flashing stuff) you can just use any 50x50 (pixels) picture and upload it
