Tight, waterproof pants; do they exist?

Thread title says it all. None of this slim-fit crap, cause I know those come in 20k/20k, but do legitimately tight pants with good waterproofing (15-20k) exist? Not even saying I want to buy them, I just haven't seen any. And yes, I searchbarred.

i don't think they come in mens, but if tight pants are what you're looking for then that shouldn't be an issue
