Don't get me wrong. JOI is going off and so many new tricks are being hucked, but something about watching JOSS videos was like Christmas morning. Almost better then movie premiers now a days because they were short and to the point. They also rewarded style over huck as well as film creativity/ progression.

JON IF YOU READ THIS... BRING BACK JOSS NEXT YEAR!

Joss is awesome.

But a lot of preperation on Jon's part. more then you could imagine. He is hands on, on every aspect of the event.

He is the same way with JOI but JOI is easier to put together.

I agree JOSS is the best and i love the edits, but I'm glad JOI is back.

Yeah I agree.

Joss is a 1 of a kind event. Its almost a newschool ski olympic. Everything thing is run flawless and unique that's why i love it so much. Their is nothing like it.

JOI is just a local big air event on a MUCH bigger scale. Things are being thrown that have never been thrown before and that's what sweet about JOI. People will throw themselves harder in joi then joss because joss you need as much footy as possible for the sickest edit. Triple cork 18. Are you kidding me?

Both are the sickest contests ever.

from what I've heard JOSS is coming back, he just took a year off A) because of being so busy with racing and B) wants a new refreshing look on JOSS and how to run it so what better way then to take a year off. lets hope this is the case!

A break is good, its a lot of work for Jon to organize all that and its hard for the skiers to take that time out of their filming scedules and all that to go to joss every year.
