Gopro - Final cut export

Hellonewschoolers

I got aquestion related go pro editing. I want my ski-edit on vimeo and want the bestquality/sound/etc for my edit and want it uploaded to vimeo.

As always Iconvert the .MP4 footage to .MOV using MEPG streamclip.

Compression:Apple ProRes 422 (LT) and then I “uncheck” Interlaced scaling.

Now I gotall my footage into final cut and got clipped a edit, that I want to export.

Thesolution is: 1280x720 (gopro: 720/60fps)

I going topress “Export” -> ????? Should I export it with the current settings or whatto do?

Hopesomething can help me..

the video is only for youtube and the compression is only youtube. .Mov wont work on vimeo?
Which export settings should I use, if I want it into vimeo? Best quality ofc.

wat...mov works fine on vimeo. and youtube and vimeo settings will be of equal quality in the same settings.

exoprt using quicktime conversion. then drag the quality bar to "best" and change the video size to "1280 x 720"

This is what i do and it usually comes out in pretty high quality

your going to want to export a full quality Prores 422 video from Final Cut. It'll be pretty huge so then go into Compressor and compress it to the h.264 settings for YouTube and you'll have nice quality
