You fucking know it. I do 400 dash, 400 relay and high jump.

My 400 time is 59.6 right meow but its my first track season. I have a 1st and a 3rd place finish so far in dash and two first place finishes in relay.

But my high jump PR is only 5'2 :( lol.

Whats your 100 time?

I do pole vault, triple jump, and occasionally the 4x100. I suck at them all because its my first year, but I'm focusing on pole vaulting. Is anyone in the Pacific NW gonna be at the Moobury(sp) Meet in Spokane this saturday?

i run in hurdles in college. 8.09 is my best 55m hurdles, 15.70 is my best 110m hurdles and 57.50 is my best 400m hurdles.

i used to run 4/8 (along with XC) and triple jump. best was just under 11m and that was in high school. not too shabby for a guy who wasn't that great and was pretty well self trained..

I fucking hate track, but I do it to stay in shape for soccer because I have no self discipline. I run the 800 and 400. Mostly relays. I also throw jav so I can get out of running workouts sometimes.

I wish i did but im too busy with mountain bike racing... back in the day in elemtary school i was pretty good at it. Did the 800m, some sprints i think, shot-put and long-jump. I want to get into XC running next fall though! just too busy for track now unfortunatly

either your really young or the people in your area are just slow as fuck.

I never ran it apart from in the 400x4 but ran sub 55 and people would own my ass and run sub 48.

but i did 100, 200, 400x1, 400x4

wasn't the best, mainly just to stay in shape, and to just walk around and get some nice views

I go to a division 7 school so yah the people in my area are slow as fuck...the world record is 44.6? And people are almost 3 seconds off that? Calling you bluff.
