Is Killington worth a trip?

im thinking of going to! what is still set up?

As far as park goes, imo, it's not worth that kind of drive especially if it's shitty weather. I went a week ago(2 hour drive). Skiing the mountain was awesome just wasn't feeling the park setup. I mean, it's typical late April skiing in mush, so you're not gonna get a baller park.

They have 1 kind of decent 20'step-up jump that has probably melted down quite a bit, some decent down rails, dfd was closed off, and a decent flat bar.

This is what they had a week ago, but i'm sure they've pulled some stuff out or made some changes. I don't really like their lips on their features.



I guess it all comes to How bad you want to go skiing? Like i said skiing the mountain is awesome typical spring skiing. I'm gonna go Friday and probably session some stuff. i really liked the long snow making pipe up top

i went this weekend and conditions were terrible. i didnt get a chance to get to the park, so i dont have an opinion there. but about half the trails were closed, and what WAS skiable had really.....inconsistent? conditions. some parts were icy, some corduroy, and some were like that.....choppy icy nasty powder. so. yeah. totally not worth the drive imo. i guess it depends where you're headed from though. for me it was a 2 1/2 hour drive both ways.

It's pretty fun. More fun if there's a lot of people there to hike and session with though....the lift is sooooo fucking slow for some reason.

my buddy and i are driving up from PA on thursday and riding Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Look at it this way would you rather spend your weekend/spring break staying at home most probs doing nothing or ride a decent park and have a blast shredding the slush!
