Fisheye/Wideangle on a Canon T2i

Alright so I'm interested in getting a fisheye/wideangle lens for my t2i(right now i have the kit lens). Unfortunately my knowledge and budget are limited so I'm looking for some help. So i have looked at these two lenses:

(i realize that there is 3 but i have heard that the last two are the same thing different brand)

I want it for follow cams for skiing and skateboarding. Also a buddy of mine also said i could get a filter that imitates a fisheye but not as well. Anyways i don't knowmuch at all about the subject and some help would be great. +k to all who reply

Sorry, got cut off. The Samayang/rokinon/bower/prooptic etc is your best bet.

Anyone know if there's anywhere to buy the bower 8mm in Canada? I hate getting surprised with crazy amounts of claims when my orders get here.
