Can someone show me how to make a pocket?

Alrighty im working on my first hoodie, i dont know how u make it looks so sick! its hard but anyway the pattern i got didnt come with a pocket in the front! I tried to make one on something else i made but it didnt really work so can someone give me some good pictures on one or idea? thanks +k

Get a pattern. $5. Problem solved. In particular, look in Burda's pattern catalogue.

This is essentially the shape of my pattern's pocket. The gray are fold lines.

yeah i went and got a pattern but it didnt come with a pocket and im not gunna do get another pattern just for a poocket haha
