So ive been battling pain for over a year. Hurt it last april, still hurts. Its in my tib fib joint, between the bones just below my knee. Seen physio, many doctors, and had an mri... nothing solved, only awnser is "it just might never heal" Causes pain when- tail pressure, nose pressure (when bad), kicking downward, swinging leg back on chairlift, applying pressure on the area, walking on heel (when bad), pushing on calf (hurts in front). Wondering if anyone has had a simular problem, and how you fixed it? Or advice..
I screwed up my shoulder 4 weekends ago, (not the same injury but o well) mine hurts between the joints to, pretty much doing the same things but with my arm. I saw a doctor and they said to not tweak it for like 6 weeks and it should heal. Same principles apply maybe???
