I've just finished my portfolio, really not trippin though. No one from my school has ever gotten below a 3 and trust me, there have been some reeeeeeeal shitty portfolios in the past.

Added is the fact that most universities don't really give two shits about AP scores, I've gotten straight 5's on all the tests I've taken (comp, lit, & environmental science) and I won't be getting out of any 100 level courses next year.

get pumped for calc tomorrow! then lit on thursday

but honestly my policy on ap tests is don't stress. you know what you know and if that's a 1 or that's a 5, you'll get it on a test. no use cramming for a night just to get a credit that you probably should retake in college if you don't actually get it.  i may not even try on lit. cause i got a 5 on lang. and colleges don't really don't let you place out of 1 english credit anyway....

HOLY FUCK... i left 9 boxes blank on the free response. did the first one both calc and no calc with no problem. then all the rest i just drew pictures on. whatever didnt send scores to my college anyways

I thought that I had that first calc one completely correct and I was confident in it and then as I was putting the calc away, I saw that +1 at the end of the velocity equation and had all the wrong answers, it was horrible

AP Lit tomorrow... I'm actually looking forward to it. I'm interested to see how well I do on the real test compared to the practice tests we've taken.

for the one that was the graph made of 2 quarter circles and a line i did that wiht the realizing you used the wrong equation the whole time.
but the taylor series question was a gift from god so many easy points

so did everyone i talked to. t=0 was w=1400 because at the beginning it said in 2010 it is 1400 tons and you assume its starting at 2010

yeah i got that and i felt fine on part a but i had no idea how to do the rest of them because W was in the function of dW/dt so i had no idea how to integrate that shit or what to do once i'd found the second derivative

I probably could have done the waste problem but by the time I got there I was nearly brain dead. Integrating it would just have ended with w*t as a term. Wish we got more time for this shit...

I feel like I kicked AB's ass though. I guess that could be cuz our teacher started teaching us some BC concepts or something idk.

On the last part of 6, I got some weird long answer with cos(-1) and some e's and stuff. It kinda freaked me out after the first two parts being so simple.

My friend pretty much failed chem ap, probly a 3 but he's a keen asian with a 98 average so it sucks for him. All because he doesn't know how to do simple math such as .0002/5000 without a calculator

leaving giant answers is good. you don't mess up simplifying and it is just far easier to plug in your answers to the integral and move on. It is unreadable, but it is correct.
