I'm taking a shot in the dark here and saying that those kids are members of the academy for a larger professional organization. Thats common in Europe, that those big name teams that you hear about have an academy made of a number of tiers which go down to around age 10. So these guys are most likely playing for academy teams and those people are fans of the parent club and game out to show their support for the young guys.
Personally I think its awesome, and don't remotely understand why you hate Europeans for it.

Polish are crazy but they are also the 3 smartest country in europe rated by iq, and home to the greatest strongman of all time, mariusz pudzianowsk. Also two of the greatest players for germany were polish born (klose, podolski)  so fuck your assumptions. Yur average polish kid is probly a whole lot more impressive than you.
