i just want to say thank you to Gus Kenworthy for coming to visit my home mountain if mt washington BC this weekend we never get any pros since our mountain is so small. all the little kids were following him around and he was super chill with it. it was nice for those kids to have someone as good as him to look up to adn he even took the time to give my friends little brother an autograph and a photo. thank you Gus for the awesome weekend you provided little Mt Washington on Vancouver island

Gus is an all-around good guy. He gets a lot more hate than he deserves- go up and talk to him sometime, he'll be one of the nicest people you'll meet.

Gus is chill. Met him, Matt Walker, B-dog, and Spencer Millboker at a comp hosted at my local mountain. Such chill dudes. My friends got to actually ride with em, but i missed out cause of a healing lacerated liver.

I guess its more on his skiing style/approach to skiing. He definitely got some shit for throwing a double at the big bear rail jam, but hey, he was just pushing the jam in a different direction. I agree that doubles shouldn't be at a rail jam (with a few small jumps) but he did it anyways. If you get a chance to meet Gus, I'm sure you'd be pumped on him- he comes across as a really nice guy.

That comp that he threw the double in was the one I met him at. Matt Walker judged him a bit harshly for that double. But everyone was still chill and it was a pretty sick comp.

dub 12 actually. and yeah, jumped looked way small for a dub12, but it's nothing against elias' dub10 in that red bull street event. sooo hucked.
