I believe folsomcustom (sp?) builds skis and I'm sure some of the smaller brands would be interested if you've got a legit idea. PM a few of them or try their emails, all you've got is room to win.

I talked to this guy a year ago, he seems really chill and professional. Its not incredibly expensive considering its custom made too, may stretch a budget and bit more than you're average pow ski but its definitely fair.

Im building some skis currently. In the middle of other projects it is going slow but they should be done in a few weeks. Im vacuum pressing this first pair, but i have fire hose and will do a legit setup this summer. Its pretty exciting and rewarding although time and money consuming.

my friend and i are building our own skis this summer. its fairly simple, it just takes a lot of planning, time and research. the guy at ON3P was super helpful and answered all our questions!

Just tested the skis me and my brother made a couple weeks ago. They came out really nice. I cant give you too much advice since my brother did most of the work on them, but he got most of the info off skibuilders. And we made the press out of mostly scrap.
