From left to right:
Macbook (2.2gHz core 2 duo, 3gb RAM)
Currently unused left monitor
Center monitor hooked up to macbook
Mac aluminum keyboard for macbook
wired keyboard for laptop
Right monitor connected to minecraft server laptop (running vista ftl)
HP Laptop for Minecraft server hosting (AMD dual core, 3gb RAM)

not pictured: i7 960 3.2gHz Quad Core Hackintosh, with 8 gb ram (build in progress)
1tb + 500gb external HD's
Reason for having a 3rd unused monitor is that the hackintosh will be running dual monitors at all times with the third switching between it and the server laptop

Video editing is when i get everything up and running, and when i have the desktop it will be:

two monitors for editing only (with possible third if need be)
minecraft laptop running on third monitor or just the minecraft laptop
my macbook will be sold once everything is working on my hackintosh

dell i7 desktop with 23" main monitor and 20" second monitor on a dark cherry and drift wood desk i made several years ago.

dual monitors are really quite usefull, if you do more than just facebook and NS.

the machines powering my trois monitors are:

quad core i5 OC'ed to 3.6ghz stable
ati 5870
4gb ram
2.5tb of storage (2x1tb drives and a 500gb drive)
creative sound blaster x-fi fata1ity titianium souncard(this tower is usually the engine for 1500watts of sound)
Booting: windows 7, ubuntu and OSX

and the other:
same i7 cpu as yours
ati 5470 i think.
6gb of ram
5tb of storage
had for a while sitting in the box and just opened up yesterday but hoping to be booting OSX and 7.

and for the MBP:
4gb Ram
300gb hard drive
2.2 core 2 duo

i7's are pretty beast but from some of the grapics cards you guys have make me want to cry

I use 2 32in lg tvs for my moniters with 1 of my desktop running NACHOS os and ubuntu since windows sucks my left nut unless i need to use visual studio. Debating getting the cinema display from apple seeing the resolution is jesus and there isnt anything decent in between 1080p and 2560*1440.

and when you have several computers look into a kvm switch so you dont have 18 different keyboards taking up space and making your desk look cluttered and a pos
