and that's the thing. i'm sure it's just me being dramatic too. i often get the 'oh stop worrying. relax a little, dont sweat it'. but i mean, i can't really control how i feel. it's hard to put my emotions aside when they're a big part of who i am. sometimes you just want her to understand that and make an effort to give you what you need, especially when it really isn't all that demanding.

i love putting in work for a girl. after all, it's what sets me apart from the pack. but it's nice to feel that she can and will do the same for you, even if she has to consciously try to make it happen.

the thing is, she's a great girl and i care for her a ton, and i know i'm not at the bottom of the priority list. yeah, sometimes you have your own shit to deal with that takes precedence, but when you just feel there's something that gets in the way every time? it deflates you. maybe im a dick for worrying too much and not understanding, but i really can't help the way i feel. and i honestly feel like i have to start something to get something in return. there's no desire for her to do things for me on her own, spontaneously, to surprise me, knowing that that's the kind of thing that really makes me happy and feel amazing and loved.

any way, i hate to rant too much, but i honestly feel like i've cleared my head and can relax a little bit now. sometimes these emotions just linger inside and eat away at you. it's nice to have people to listen, and even agree with my ridiculously sensitive nature.

it may sound like im the kind of dude who's easy to upset or depress, but it goes both ways. i'm equally easy to please. like i said, i wear my emotions on my sleeve. it's just the way i am.

haha a lot of the time i mouth of and fuck around on here. it's all in good fun. even when i chirp people or have an argument, it's usually with a smile on my face. no hard feelings about anything. but yeah, i appreciate the kind words, as i appreciate the discussion. i feel a lot better about things having heard from other people who share my opinion. i feel decidedly revitalized.

Holy shit, you're me when I was like 18.

I used to be romantic and I still am, but dammit I am all done with girls who are takers. Take, take, take... Usually really hot, spoiled and coddled, they are the center of their universe. SO done with that. Many times they have no idea they're even doing it but man does it make you feel like an accessory or a pet. Done being a tool of someone else's destiny at the cost of my own.

Probably a dozen relationships later, I still haven't found a girl who is treats me good enough to marry her. Fortunately I'm valedictorian of being single and do very well, but sometimes you'd love to have someone there for you and all the nubile college hotties in the world can't drag you out of that bummed feeling that it's not there.
