I hate that the ranking system was based on play time rather than skill. The difference between being +3 and +15 was so negligible that it barely mattered.

Um, did you read my posts, or are you just trying to be retarded? I said non-trivial skill based levelling system, not basic game skill. Of course I'm epic as shit at all these games regardless, but I like to also have a title that represents how well I play, not how much I play. The fact that the levelling is so slow for Reach, unlike halo 3 where you could get into the high 40's in a night of play is what pisses me off. I don't wanna be +9.68 for 300+ games total average K/d and still be a fucking captain, damnit.
