Replying to Canon t3i vs. canon t2i

I'm getting into filming quite a bit and am looking to get a better quality camera than I have now. I'm mainly looking at the t3i and t2i. What are the main differences between the two? I'm mostly going to be filming with it, but will be taking pictures as well. Also if you guys have any other camera recommendations under 900 USD ( spending price of 1200, 900 for camera 200 for new lens (or glidecam)) ++k for good answers.
