How to get quicktime pro if you have quicktime player?

Hey guys!
I am trying to do some time lapses but for some reason I cannot get quicktime pro witch I need to make the time lapses. I have quick time player already installed on my computer but there is no image sequence under file. There is also not a place for me to enter a serial for quicktime pro.

my friend said if I try to delete quick time player it will fuck my files and shit thats what happend to him. If anyone has had any experience with this can you let me know?

You need quicktime 7 to have quicktime pro

yea I know. But I tried installing quicktime 7 and it said I already had quicktime.

It should install into your utilities folder within your applications. I have both quicktime 7 and quicktime player on both of my computers, it works trust me.

Hmm interesting. Delete quicktime X? haha i dunno man search google about it, i know theres tons about it.

I don't believe that in the slightest, its an application, he obviously did something wrong.


But seriously, it works, i dunno why you're isn't working but it should.

I obviously did.
I just cant find a good solution.

I dont have an install disk cause I bought my mac refurbished and it did not come with one.

go to applications>Utilities and double check you dont have quicktime 7

if that fails, ive got no clue
