Well, what I do to make it really stick is I wash the surface I want to stick it on, apply it, press it down a lot, and then take a hairdryer on hot to it to really make it stick to the surface. Should work perfectly for your situation, and I would bet 20 bucks it won't fall off of your car, even after a car wash.
some diecuts will last i have a oakley diecut on my helmet that has ben there for like 5 days and is already comin off but i have a shit ton of ther diecuts and they have all been good
