Critique my sequences!

Hey guys!
I recently Learned how to make sequences in photoshop.
I just made a couple and it would be nice to get some feedback on them
The photography was done by michael my good friend.
I did all the photoshop editing.

in the first one, i would have left out the sub sequence in the background, it distracts from the main skier
