You might wanna consider Val Senales/Schnalstal, just over the border in Italy. It's not that well know, amazing park (no pipe though) and last time I was there in summer, there where no lines at the lift. We've had a lot of parkshoots there with the magazine I work for and the people are super friendly. I just contact the parkshaper for you to see what he had to say about the conditions:
hei, val senales is tha banger like always, good snow, massive
park, some new insane obstacles! this year end of july will be not so good
because of the less snow but definitely ok til the end of june! maybe also later
but depends of the weather conditions in may! if you have time try to
come the week before the end of april! we builded a cuple of good stuffs
to shoot!

I've been to Les 2 Alpes for about four summers in a row and it's definitely fun but (as said by other already) really crowded, especially after the summer holiday's have officially started.
Hintertux is good, downside here is that Hintertux village is not as much fun as Les 2 Alpes, since it mainly consist of 4 star hotels. Most people that go to Hintertux stay in Mayrhofen, which is a little down the valley.
Last time I was in Saas it was fun but didn't offer that much variation of jumps and rails and I sometimes found the different between a small/medium/large object had to big off a different to progress in a nice way. I have to say here that I don't know how that's gonna be this year, cause it changes every year.
You mentioned that you wanna go in July, but if you have the possibility I would try to go in June. A lot less people on all the glaciers, parks are already finished, lower prizes for accommodation, etc.
If you need any more info or have questions on what the best way is to get accommodation, etc, send me a message.
