Rendering in Vegas 10 for Mac

it's not a long video (acually really short) but whenever i render for macs the quality is really low.

i have a pc and i need to send a really short video to a friends in hd and every video i sent was choppy, so i am wondering if anybody knew the right setting to do so

It doesn't really matter what computer he has, its something with your export probably, cant help ya much past that
