most likely heely's without the wheels. they make a pair with a grind plate in the middle of the shoe...im thinking of getting a cheap pair off ebay for screwin around this summer.

1 take old skate shoes, take two pieces of plastic then use gorilla glue to adhere plastic to bottom of shoe

for those times i can't skate. i'd wear them everywhere. i used to too. Me and my friends got in trouble for grinding stuff in elementary school and the teachers couldn't figure out how we were able to slide stuff.
