Canon 60D, I use the widescreen filter in FCP and set it to 2.35:1. Sure it chops some of the image, but you're not going to get true 21:9 unless you have a beast of a camera.

oh yeah, then I export threw quicktime conversion @ 1280x544 or 1440x816.
