My knee grew a ballsack...

So I fell on my knees on concrete the other day (playing an epic game of ninja at school). They hurt like motherfuckers, but I realized that my right knee felt tight in my pants not too long afterward. When I checked it out, my knee looked like it had a sack that was nurturing a fucking baby kangaroo. It was filled with some weird liquid and at some points I could almost push an entire centimeter of swishiness before touching bone. Has this happened to anyone? I'm not sure if its a hematoma filled with blood, or something else. Tomorrow and after tomorrow are the last 2 days of my season and one sack bouncing around is already enough for me. Any ideas? i have this same situation except on my hip. for when i would fall when doin rails and mountainboarding, there would be an area between the skin and bone where it is just liquid. i just left it, but when i kept falling blood seeped into the other liquid and has created a golfball tumor like lump on my hip. if i got it drained then it wouldnt be there so i say get that fucker drained, before you fall again

the needle definitely helped. it hurt like a fucking bitch but it was worth it cause the fluid build up could cause joint problem is its inflamed. so if you need to just get the needle and man up. fer now just ice the shit out of it to keep the swelling down
