IPod Touch 4 32gb Trouble!

My problem is my songs on my iPod don't match up with my songs on my iTunes for some reason. I have 3400 songs and only 3799 show up on my iPod. I been looking on the forums but nothing matches up to what I have and check everything they said. Can anyone help me and if so I'll give you plus +K

open up command prompt

and input "format c:"

then input "itunes.exe"

it'll reformat your itunes and remove the errors.
