Who gets pissed when kids just rate things down?

So I've posted a number of videos and most of them do pretty well in the top rated until some kid comes and give my video a 1. Does this piss anybody else off? Because it sure as hell pisses me off.

Even though a lot of people like to say they don't care and it doesn't matter, I do have to say it can get annoying. I sometimes will post a video and it'll get a 10 the first rating and then the next person will give it a 1 and it'll go down to 5.

I have to admit I have done it in the past. Usually it is when a kid adds a picture (that is not a 10) and then rates it a 10 themselves. Since only a few people would rate it, I would just do the math in my head and figure out what I wanted it to be.

I stopped doing that awhile ago now. I figure just use the system like your should (rate it what it deserves) and if other people do the same, then it will work best.

Same goes for karma. I never just minimize or maximize someones karma for one post, I just click up and down by one (or two/three if someone really pisses me off/really helps me out)

Ya it is kind of frustrating. I had a video that was rated just under a nine and then I pissed off some kids in a thread and it mysteriously went down to a low eight. If the video sucks then it doesnt matter but if its out of spite then that is just mean.

Aslong as a vid is nicely put together it gets a 10.

I also never rate anything under 6, cause nothing on here is that bad.

really? I thought a 7 was supposed to be average, a 5 like not great, but still worth seeing and a 10 was supposed to be like mind blowing. I have definitely rated pictures below 6 (not sure about video).

Hey, if its well put together and gives of a good vide it deserves a 10 in my book. Plus who doesnt feel happy when they get rated a 10?

Also i was talking about videos, photos sure theirs alot of crap.

I sincerely don't understand why any of you give a shit about this. Do you really need the e-approval of strangers to feel good about an edit or a photo? And, karma is a total joke... One of the biggest issues with NS tight now is simply how many kids are desperate for NS fame...that's all the whole trolling phenomenon is about. Frankly, it fucking sucks.

I'm seriously that kid who rates it a 1. When I see a video that doesn't belong in top rated and is only rated that high because 10 of your friends rate it a 10, I give it a nice FU.
