What would you do?

I bought the Armada ARV's at the beginning of the season and they are 92 under boot, and the shop i got them at put a 90mm brake on the Salomon STH bindings.

All of the a sudden the the brakes arnt coming up and locking on the top sheet of the ski, they are catching on the side cut which restricts turning. If i pull them up so that they sit on the top sheet, when the binding is released the brakes dont go down, they just sit on the top of the ski, which therefore has meant that my skis shoot down the entire mountain.

Should i take my skis back to the shop (and if so what can they do) ... or is there something i can do?

Any help would be great. Thanks

done that, hasnt worked, worked for like a day then it just gets caught again. What would the shop do?

i just recently had my normal size (~80ish?? no idea honestly) p12 jib bindings' brakes bent out by a shop to fit my 93ishmm waists when i had them mount them.. and they have worked fine so far

The next brake size up from 90mm is 100mm from salomon so maybe just take them back and get the shop to put a 100mm brake on instaed. I would think the 90 would be fine on a 93mm sk though. Check that they have not put an 80mm on. I use 90mm brakes on a 92mm ski and there is loads of clearence. I would take them back to where you had them mounted explain the problem and get them to sort it. They put the brakes on so they are responsible for making sure they work. If it is a 90mm brake and its to narrow, get them to put a 100mm brake on. If they have none or you brought the binding into them with a 90mm brake I would recomend getting it bent by the shop. This way if it breaks they will have to give you a new pair of brakes. Dont pay anything, its a super easy job and should have been done in the first place.
