180. you never take your eyes off the landing.
switch 180, never take eyes off landing and land forwards.
switch 3, also never take your eyes off landing if you look over your shoulder correctly.

i think he was trolling, and if he was he is bad at it cause a flat 3 =/= a backflip japan..

a backflip japan is a backflip japan
a slightly off axis backflip is a flat 3.

1s are scary as fuck on any jumps larger than 40 ft imo. ill go with 3 because they are so easy. but less than 50 ill go with the 180s
