yeah it helps. it will help with air awareness, and it will make it easier to learn how to do trick on skis. maybe.

Yeah it helps. It helps if you have a friend there that knows how to throw stuff, it can be hard to try to teach yourself stuff on your own. Smooth spinning and the feeling of going off-axis will be strange at first, but there is less consequence doing that on a trampoline the first few times than on skis.

it helped me spot my switch landings and style, its alot different on skis though because of the weight on your feet

ytea, i learned corks and stuff on my own and my friends alsol learn stuff on their own. we just teach each other after if theres sumthing 1 of us cant do
