the one im thinking of is pretty new as far as i know.. at least its popular/has been popular recently. think it's been used in a skiing video or ad once or twice..

Here's another long shot, its a short story about a house that runs by itself after, what seems like, a nuclear holocaust. It just does what it was programmed to do except you find at the end everyone was killed. It was written a long time ago and I had to do an oral interpretation on it in seventh grade. Finder gets +K and my internet respect.
