Yep sounds like the setup is going to be just as legit if not more.  I can't say much more than that but I would check the place out.  They also have a wakeboard cable park if you want to do that the same day.

they are all over the place on facebook, always have at least 6 features up, guaranteed to have a culvert, down rail, flat box and more

looked at some of the pics...looks like a diamond in the rough with their setup...looked like a fun mellow 30 footer with a sick stair set...
