For people who dont know what scolios is , its a medical condition in which the persons spine is curve from side to side, On an Xray you would see either a S or a C.
The signs of a Scoliosis include:
Uneven musculature on one side of the spine
Rib prohiminence and a prohiminent shoulder blade
Uneven hips legs and knees lenght
Slow nerve action
For a couple of years ive been ignoring this condition and since last October it has been horrible.
When I came back from a month trip to Utah I finally decided to take some MRIs and try to get better.
Lets face it 24h\7 pain killers at 19 years old isnt very normal.
I have been seeing a physical therapist and a back specialist and here is what we found out about my body condition;
One of my hips is higher than the other, 1 tight longer, 1 leg short, 1 foot longer (size 8,5 size 9), my knees are tilted towards the inside, I have 2 ernie ,
I have Ehler-Danlas syndrome ( hyperflexibility). I also had 12 cm of dead tissus and muscles on the side of my left knee.
Since December Ive been through a lot of minor surgerys and been going through a lot of physical therapy.
I have been completing my degree in photography and working full time on www.girlsonskis.com
Since last saturday ive been unable to walk , and started to make some bracelets in order to keep on raising money for girls on skis and keeping myself busy ( best way to stay away from depression ).
