this is probably a repost but why are some thread titles black and others blue?

Black is something that has been posted in since you logged on. Blue has not.

This seems to change on and off sporadically. Most of the time they are all black, which I like, then you refresh the page occasionally and its all blue and black.

Yeah it annoys me. And I'm still confused lol. So if everything is blue, does that mean I have seen everything? Because that seems extremely unlikely
