Inverted in the pipe

What would be a god first trick to learn how to go invertet d in the pipe.

I kno how to handplant good. I just started to be able to handplant without ever having to put my hand down ( i dont know what you would call this) and as i did it more it got more and more flippy.

What should i go 4 and how would i set and anneciate the trick.. prefrably alyoop.

I know some people who can flare in the pipe..

yeah a flare is just like the most simple flip in the pipe, it's basically a backflip 180 (land forwards obviously)

depending on how you do a handplant, alley-oop flat 5 might be another option to consider

hand plant left wall basically just ride the pipe around your hand to start then u will feel how easy it is to start taking some air then eventualy you wont even need the hand

But DEFINITELY a flair! You don't even have to be able to get above the deck to start learning them. Spin inwards though. Consequences of falling are a lot less.

Uhhhh notttt quite....haha. it depends on how you set it. i've seen it thrown, many a time as a backflip to super late rotation.

oh i'm not saying it's exclusively thrown like that. i just hate when people think they know everything. i've seen it thrown both as basically(basically) a lincoln in the pipe, but i've also seen it as a huge, floaty back to late rotation.
it's like any other trick, can be thrown different ways.

I just learned flares on the weekend and was not even airing out. I just threw a straight lincoln off the wall and would pretty much get them. Super easy trick.

here's a big surprise, another skier that wants to argue about splitting hairs on trick names. listen bro, a flare can def be thrown as a backflip 180 in the pipe. back in the day,people sometimes even referred to a backflip 180 on a regular jump as a flare. next youre gonna try to engage me in an argument about the difference between an overflip and a misty, jeez

Flare is the easiest flip to learn in the pipe. I would just start doing lincolns on the tramp until you feel super solid. Start hiking just one hit at the bottom and trying it. the biggest thing is committing to having your feet over your head. people emphasize too often about the 180 at the end, but when you think about just a strait air in pipe you dont feel like you are moving the whole 180 degrees. if you take a trick to the basics when first learning its easier to take it farther out of the pipe, or getting grabs ect. in the longrun. My opinion.

A flair will and always has been a back flip 180. Its like that in snowboarding, skateboarding, bmxing and roller blading.

how do you expect someone to reply when you "correct" them with something that isnt even technically right? if you arent trying to argue then dont start arguments with erroneous information, pretty straightforward..

you think a flair is a sideflip cause when people do them in a halfpipe theyre pointing downhill. it is not the "more normal" flair
