Fks broke

so i just snapped the arm of my fks arm in half. I have no idea how this happened. its not even bent or anything, its a clean cut through. theyre the old models that i bought brand new off of sierra skis last year. do you guys think rossi will warranty them, or atleast fix them? i bought these because they were supposed to be bomb proof.
