4-day bike trip

109 miles? you're going to have a lot of down time over 4 days. keep that in mind.

you're gonna either have to ride a two-wheeled tricycle or think of really fun, time-consuming things to do in your down time unless you want to finish your trip in a day and a half

Yea, sorry about that, I will be 3 days, but ill be done early the 3rd day.  If all weather is good, 2 days for sure.

food, fluids, clothes, some survival gear, TIRE PUMP, spare tubes, repair tools, trail map, camera, toilet paper, sunglasses, a book...
