word man i've been through whats happening to you. I has surgury on one of my shoulder and the others poped out once but i opped out of surgury
if youve subluxed/ dislocated yours over ten times its pretty much hopeless that even pt will help it. Your gana need surgury. If its only poped out like 5ish times doing serious pt and treating it well can go super far.
The main thing that holds your shoulder together/ intact is called your labrum and once that niggers torn it basicly has nothing but a small amount of muscle holding it in. The pt exercises youl earn and have to do religiosly will build those muscles up huge ( mine look like weirdly huge, like huge bulges in front of my shoulders) and once those are strengthened they will work wonders on holding your shoulder in, but if you still take a mossive hit to it itl pop out because your still missing your labrum.
so basicly for your reallly bad one you need surgury and for your other one you need to start pt and once thats done you need to continue with it at your house for as long as you wish to participate in extreme sports.
