oh yeah. so raw. got like a 90 set i like to sesh. its right next to a big ass hill which i also like to run up. the 90 set is segmented into like 5 flights of 18 stairs and shit. its sooooo ill to bust ish up! hop up one flight on my right leg, hop up the next one on my left, hop up 3 steps at a time with both legs on the 3rd flight, ect. just improvising and such.
im sure doing this shall help one with sprinty bursts of strength, and help one loose thy man boobs after a while
