Just curious to see how many other NS'ers compete in HS track & field of XC...
What are your PR's as well.

im a senior this year

my XC pr is 19:30
in track i run a 2:15 800... and a 24.2 200...

i should just be a sprinter haha

well im in middle school and right now my xc pr is 21:30 but I have gotten faster since.

I run track ( no XC for me, I play soccer) and I'm a freshman. in indoor my 300 PR was 39.8 I believe. And my first outdoor meet is this week! stoked
