Replying to 3 leaved weed plant

Hello mass consciousness of Newschoolers,

There is a plant that I know of growing in someones room that only has 3 leaves. The first assumption would be that it isn't a marijuana plant, but we know for a fact it has to be. It was a clipping taken from another plant that has been harvested, and found conclusively through human testing to in fact be weed.  Could it be because it only get watered sporadically? Lack of nutrients? It hasn't been taken care of properly, that's for sure. At this stage it's more of a pet. Her name is Flairly.

I'm sure someone on here has some knowledge in the matter.
