Dude, get the iBook, it's so smooth, or a powerbook, both are good.
-at least you went down naked-
no i figured it out when he over shot the bowl and shit on the back of the toilet. then he signed my beanie.-Hoodratz47 in response to being in the same public bathroom with mike wilson
go with the Ibook. because a few months after you get the ebook, you realize that you can take the ibook anywhere, even if you didn't plan on it.
Just Huck It.
kind of an impossicble comparison there. Definetely get a desktop computer, unless you are really going to travel alot with the lap top. Lap tops are a great idea but can be a waste if you dont actually take it places

^ not really, i have the 1.5 ghz powerbook, and i do take it places, but i also drag it all over my house, i use it watching tv in the basement, if that tv's taken i use the internet while watching tv in the family room, if that tv's taken i use the internet while watching tv in the kitchen, i also edit video with it in my room, and hook it up to my 'home theater' system
so in conclusion, a laptop gives you flexibility in which tv you use

Me 'hey, theres a lot of clean people in there that i dont recognize.. must be tourists'
after factoring time and the cost of replacement parts, norton updates, etc.. mac arent really more expensive. they're easier to use than pc, ive had a mac for about a month, and ive had windows for years, i get the mac, i still dont get windows
mine cost $220 with a student discount, so $2500 for anyone else
there are deff cheaper models out there though, and theyre deff worth it, but buy it from the co, online or at an apple store

I just got a powerbook this summer and I love it, Macs are so much better then pcs, but you really won't notice until you get one. The ease and compatability is mindblowing. Without a doubt they are the best computers on the market.
^^oops, not $220, i wish, it cost me $2200
