Camp Woodward Tilt-Shift

When I interned at Woodward last summer, I got to use a tilt-shift lens for a day. I didn't really know what I was doing but it was pretty fun to play around with. I was never going to do anything with the footage so I just cut it up really quickly and put it in this little edit.

really sick. What lens was it? i might go shoot with my uncles Canon TS-E 24mm f/3.5 L Tilt-Shift now because that looked super sick.

Fucking tilt shift. How does it work? Does it use magnets?

But that is awesome. I am *hopefully* getting a new camera this summer. Definitely going to try to play around with one. Was it easy to just pick up and go, or was there a learning curve? with the lens?

definitely a learning curve, but it only took about a half hour-an hour before i was able to figure out what was the best way to use it. although getting good at miniature faking is pretty tough

It will probably be about the same as it was this year I think. I'm hoping to possibly make one more trip out to CO this month to ski with Pete Gibson, Sully Blake, and Evan Furbeyre. We would definitely be dropping an edit after that, and then we'll all be together over the summer to hopefully make an edit or two.

If we're lucky we'll have one or two CO edits next season like we did this year, and hopefully also a Christmas Break edit, which just didn't happen this year due to bad filming weather.

That's pretty awesome. I was just checking out some of your other edits on vimeo, so dope. If i could take my editing anywhere close to where yours is, i would be so happy.
