For the '11-'12 season I was thinking about buying myself some Full Tilts, upgrading frmo the Dallebelo Kingstons, which I am somewhat happy with. All my friends I ride with say that Full Tilts are AMAZING, they have the Booters, the Tom Walich's, and the Booter LTD (Don't know if it's actually a different boot or just graphic). They a rave over how little shin bang, toe bang, and how great they feel. The only thing I'm worried about is how narrow my feet are. All reviews talk about how, "My feet are way to wide for other boots but these are perfect!" I have really long and narrow feet so I don't know how well this would work. If anyone has any insight on the matter please leave it! Thanks.
Generally Full Tilts fit on the narrower side of things. However you'll never know unless you try them on. Go to your local shop and have them measure you and fit you to the most appropriate boot. The best boot is the one that fits.
get up to the Skirack in Burlington Vermont. One of the largest selections of FTs on the east coast and some of the best boot-fitters around. And always remember, boots don't cure shin bang, proper boot-fitting does.
Every boot fits differently for different people. Even if the boots are on the narrow side and you have narrow feet, there may be pressure points that cause issues, or maybe your heel doesn't grip that well, or blah blah blah. Try em on somewhere if you can, even if it is just trying on your friends' boot, although I would highly recommend going to a bootfitter and taking his recommendation for a boot. I wouldn't get FT's just because they're FT's. Everyone's feet are different
