Senior Skip Week

Has anyone else ever done it. 86% of my class has done this whole week and tomorrow is our last day. the best part is everyones parents are making up dumb excusses to get the absences excused and our administration is freaking out.

we had one at the school, but most of the teachers scheduled tests for that day. and all people in sports weren't able to skip because of events...

kinda dumb imo. wait till you get to college and no one gives a shit if you go to class or not...

always had sports so I couldn't skip, so i just came in late. Meanwhile my teammates and I ended up being the only ones in the school.

why is your school jumping the gun? Seniors should skip in late may/early june. that way its nice outside. My school isnt having one i dont think.. kids are lame.

I remember when I played tennis sophmore year , all the seniors on our team skipped on senior skip day, and every time someone had an unexcused absence on our team, everyone on the team had to do ladders across  4 doubles courts which is 4 lines per court. Missing 5 classes each multiplied times 4 students is like 20 ladders. The team made like 10 of them and it took like a half an hour of running except 30 second breaks inbetween, then the coach called practice bc everyone was damn tired. The senior got shit from everyone for like a week after

I went on a 30 mile bike ride around Seattle then out to the beach. Got a mega sun burn, then had to get back to school for after an after school music thing. It was one of the more enjoyable days of my summer last year. A week seems kind of crazy though...

the class ahead of mine, didnt really do a skip day, they came to school, someone brought a grill and they just stayed on the property and chilled, played a little football and shit. i would rather skip a whole day.

every year the seniors skip and some years they kidnap the freshman class early in the morning (boarding school) and they always get in huge trouble when that happens

We are jumping the gun because of are administration that everyone hates. we went on a senior trip last weekend and got back at three in the moring. the thing is we had to come to school monday or we would get suspended. We all came monday and skipped the rest of the week just to be a bitch. best part was our administration heard we were all going to big boy for breakfeast on tuesday and the princiaple showed up. There was at least 40 guys in this tiny bathroom hiding and we all got away.

im trying to organize a skip day this year (4/20?) but i have a problem with the boarders. 60% of the school boards, and they cant leave campus without a deans permission or else they get in a LOT of trouble. i need a plan to get 100 kids who cant leave school to leave school and also provide transportation to where ever. ideas?
