I was thinking of maybe getting one when they come out with all the N64 remake games. I don't play handhelds much. I have a DS Lite and I played the new pokemon but it's just not the same...
My friend has one and I was just playing it. He said it works basically because theres one screen behind the other as if you were wearing 3D glasses. Does that sound right or is he off? He also said creating like a 50 inch TV would cost like 10,000 dollars. I mean I know it'd be a lot but 10,000? Anyone found any info on this? Cause i'm curious if he's just bullshitting numbers.
yes, it has the same functions as the regular DS minus pictochat and a GBA slot (if you had a ds lite). The way it works is barriers that make your two eyes see two different things, giving the illusion of 3d
I tried it but it started to make me feel sick after a while, I've never been a fan of 3D stuff, but I thought it was crazy how it actually was like 3D without glasses.
1. The 3DS is released
2. This sounds sick
3. Oh it hurts your eyes and only has like 5 games in 3D
4. I bet the price of the older DS' went down in price
5. I'm going to buy one of those instead
