Ski help- armadas

park and backcountry skiier and some urban setups too... looking to buy armada arw's anyone have feedback.... good? bad? anything !!

My friend had a pair, he loved them but they snapped at the end of the season. Armada had him a new pair though immediately. The replacement pair took him through this whole next season and he's still using them. Im sure others will be able to help better but just figured Id chime in.

really sick skis. so solid when carving and super light. can hold up with one hand and ski like a dream. but they chip easily, like i wipe snow off of one ski with the other and made indentations on it. I dont really think thats a problem but there is no metal edge around the whole ski. also they are partial twin tips which r ok also. i paired the skis with marker griffon 10's i believe and look sick. overall they r my babies and i would definitely buy another armada product.

for reals? do u do alot of switch skiing? because i do so i duno how the partial twip tip will hold up. i thinkin of pairin then with marker squires which look pretty dope too. thanks !

I obviously have not ridden the ARW's but I used to have the 07 (I think) line 80 prophets and they had a partial twin tip and they did fine for switch skiing in the park and on groomers. Probably wouldn't hold up if you're landing switch in pow though.

I love my armada skis, never ridden the girl skis though but I expect that they will also have amazing quality!

ya i do switch and they are totally fine. i dont find a big difference compared to full twin tipped ones. good luck :)
