Replying to Numb Toes
First of all, yes I search barred and couldn't find what I'm looking for. Now, on to business:
Yesterday my sock managed to scrunch itself up around my toes under my ski boot. While I was skiing all my toes went numb, but that always happens - I don't know if it's because I have shitty circulation or because my liners aren't warm, probably both - so I ignored it, as I always do. When I got back in the car and pulled off my boots my toes all had that foot-fell-asleep tingly feeling as they warmed back up, but again, that happens every time and only lasts about ten minutes. However, I noticed last night that the bottoms of a few toes on the foot that had the scrunched sock were still numb hours later. I just woke up and they're STILL numb. Eff. I'm guessing I compressed a nerve or something, but I don't really know. Anyone ever had something like this happen? How long did they take to go back to normal, assuming they did?
